Skinner Neighborhood Center, Skinner Middle School and Metropolitan State College are offering English classes, all levels as of Monday, November 28th. Classes are offered daily Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. – 11:30 am. This is a chance to learn English with other parents and community members. This program is free.
