Click to view the Guitar Show Almost all of these students are beginners learning the guitar for the first time. Group songs include: We Will Rock You, Can’t Stop the Feeling, Without You, What Makes You Beautiful, and Heathens.
Soloists (vocals and guitar) include Shawn Davis, Paulray Fuentes, Carmela Barajas, Alan Ochoa-Perez, Emma Hernandez, Gabriel Hernandez, Lily Koehler, Danaya Pinela, Oliver Cortez, and Marcos Bonilla. Paulray Fuentes, Alan Ochoa-Perez, and Tomas Rodriguez were the hosts for the show.

Click to view the Modern Band 1 Show These students have experience on an instrument, but many were learning guitar and ukulele for the first time. The groups songs are: Can’t Stop the Feeling, Send My Love, La Bamba, Grenade, and Forget You.
Soloists (vocals and guitar) include Carmela Barajas, Izaiah Arebalo, Aiden Heine, Ileana Najera-Renteria, Jaedyn Martinez, Estevan Escoto, Tai Isamu, and Annabell Sanchez. Jaedyn Martinez and Isaac Saiz hosted the show.

Click to view the Modern Band 2 Show This is the most advanced of these three classes, with students having at least two years of musical experience and wide ranging talents. These students used their songs as a creative expression of their experience in 2020.
Original songs were written by Mackenzie Givens, Fernando Ayona, Elijah Perez, Scarleth Carmona-Martinez, and Jack Ayala. These students covered songs that they felt captured their 2020 experience: Noah Lindstrom, Karely Valles-Bautista, Tai Isamu, Payton Naumann, Cole Coronado, Avery Hack, Cristian Corrales-Ramirez, and Jorge Gonzalez. Mackenzie Givens and Fernando Ayona hosted the show.
