Here are the key dates and events you need to be aware of for school registration and SAVE THE DATE!

There is still a lot of work happening behind the scenes here at North. We will communicate with you as soon as we have more details. In the meantime, please read the information below carefully, as there are some forms that you can complete ahead of time.

Just like in previous years, the following documents need to be reviewed by parents/legal guardians and students. You can complete these forms ahead of time to expedite the registration process. Please remember to complete the acknowledgment form after reviewing the documents.

Tech Distribution:
During registration, students will receive their Chromebooks, TECHNOLOGY DISTRIBUTION WILL NOT TAKE PLACE DURING SCHOOL DAY . Please make sure you complete the Tech Acknowledgment while completing the Online Verification. Schedules Distribution:
During registrations, students will receive their schedules for School Year 26-27. Our counseling team will be present during registration to answer any questions. Click here to read more about the Courses Catalog and Description.
Fees
You Benefit! application helps families and your school. By applying, your child's school can receive additional funding. In addition, your child's school fees may be waived or reduced. These include athletic fees, ACT, SAT, course fees and activity and field trip fees tied to curriculum.

Families now have the option to make student payments online using MySchoolBucks. Paying for student fees – like field trips, lab, AP tests, or athletic costs has never been easier! Learn more at payonline.dpsk12.org
Denver Health School-Based Clinics
Denver Health Clinics are conveniently located at 19 different sites throughout Denver. If you would like your student to be able to use the SBHCs, please click here and complete the consent form. The consent form is good for 4 years, or until the patient no longer meets SBHC criteria.
Athletics Information:
We are excited to welcome you to the 2026–2027 school year and an exciting new CHSAA athletic calendar!
Tryouts and official practices for CHSAA-sanctioned high school Fall sports will begin on the following dates:
August 3, 2026: Boys Golf and Football (Acclimatization)
August 10, 2026: Cross Country, Girls Flag Football, Boys Soccer, Softball, Spirit, Boys Tennis and Girls Volleyball
Checklist for Clearance
To be eligible for tryouts and official practices for the 2026–2027 school year, students must complete the following before day one:
Register Online: Submit a completed registration through the Arbiter platform.
Athletic Fee: Submit the Pay to Play fee through the Arbiter platform.
Upload Physical: Upload a copy of a current physical exam to the Arbiter platform.
Academic Review: Pass a transcript review for academic eligibility.
Final AD Approval: Receive final digital clearance from the High School Athletic Director.
Important: Students who have not met all of these requirements will not be permitted to participate in tryouts, practices, or team activities. No exceptions can be made.

Ninth Grade Academy
Incoming ninth graders, get ready to begin your Viking journey at Ninth Grade Academy! 💜💛💜
📅 August 10–13, 2026
⏰ 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
📍 Denver North High School
✅ Required for all incoming ninth graders
Students will meet new classmates and staff, learn how to succeed in high school, participate in fun activities, and earn 2.5 elective credits for completing the academy. Free morning snacks, school materials, and RTD transportation support for students who need it will also be available.
