Posted October 14, 2020

“COVID-19: Through the Distorted-Looking Glass” is a live, ongoing project that captures students’ lives in the era of COVID-19 by creating pieces of visual and performing art that respond to and/or document the turbulent life of 2020.

This project showcases students’ original pieces of visual and performing art that document, respond to, and capture their lives in the year 2020.

Their pieces will be put on display in the form of “journal entries” through a published book that will be accessible online. Once published, our community audience will be able to flip through the pages at their own pace, absorbing all of the beautiful pieces of student-created art at their leisure.

This will be the first series in our “Chronicles of North High School.” We will have different themes for every quarter of virtual learning so stay tuned!

Our students are craving creativity as an outlet to express themselves and to process what they have been going through. “COVID-19: Through the Distorted-Looking Glass” will be truly inspiring, eye-opening, and moving. We hope you enjoy the show!
