Choir: Winter Albums
Students of Honor Choir, Women’s Choir, and Concert Choir put together a collection of ensemble and solo-work pieces surrounding the theme of winter. All choir students used various platforms throughout the semester, including, Soundtrap (audio engineering & recording), Sight Reading Factory (music literacy skills), and Bookcreator (performance/showcase). This virtual show is organized in the platform, Bookcreator. In this format, you are able to go at your own pace and explore each page of music when it best fits your schedule. The students put a lot of time and creative energy into making this virtual show come to life for you! Make some hot cocoa, grab a snuggly blanket, and enjoy!
Audio Production: EP Albums
Students in Audio Production 1 & 2 mixed and mastered three of their six projects from throughout the semester and finalized them into EP Albums. In each album, students marketed themselves as real producers and included an album cover, bio, artist statement, soundtracks, and an acknowledgement page. Students have been producing music in Soundtrap with the help of our teaching artist, Babah Fly, from Youth on Record. We hope you enjoy!
