Our North School Counseling Program is a Recognized ASCA Model Program (RAMP).  The RAMP designation recognizes schools that are committed to delivering an exemplary comprehensive school counseling program.

North High School Counselors. Meet the team: 

Hi! My name is Melisa Springsteen and I support students’ last names A-C, grades 9-12th. I’m All In for school counseling because I get to work with students, families, staff members and the community to make sure all North students have doors open and available to them during and after high school. 



Hi! My name is Jessica Rodriguez and I support students’ last names D-H, grades 9-12th. I’m All In for school counseling because I get the best of both worlds. I get to support students with their academic and personal social needs, but I also get to help them explore their career paths.


Hi! My name is Francine Ruybal and I support students’ last names I-M, grades 9-12th. I’m All In for school counseling because I love that I support students with academics, future career choices and their social needs!  I love what I do and the relationships I get to create with students!
