In the Springtime of 2022, North Denver residents connected with History Colorado staff to collectively embark upon a shared memory project. Together, the Northside Arts Collaborative and History Colorado co-created a public history program that included collective memory workshops, photo scanning days for local community members, oral history work and neighborhood and community documentation. The documentary, “A Love Letter to the Northside” shares the collective memory and donated photos and oral histories through a short film format.
